Ploughing
Ploughing is a tradition for LEMKEN. We announced the first plough patent in 1925, since which time we have been a pioneer in ploughing technology with innovations such as the ‘OptiQick’ adjustment centre which minimises draft requirement, the ‘Titan’ plough with up to 12 furrows for the larger user, and the ‘VariTansanit’ hybrid plough which combines the advantages of mounted and semi-mounted machines in one compact plough.

Seedbed preparation

The mounted and trailed seedbed combination "Kompaktor" and "Korund" as well as the universal compact combination "Quarz", in working widths from 2.5m to 10m, offer a broad range of tools to suit your requirements.
The “Zirkon” Power Harrow offers a more intensive cultivation option. Most models can be combined with LEMKEN seed drills where required to allow cultivation and seeding in a single pass.

Mulch drilling
Used correctly, minimum tillage offers farmers the opportunity to make savings in both cost and time. To be successful, the crop residue from the previous year needs to be thoroughly and uniformly incorporated into the soil.

Sowing
When Lemken entered the drill market in 1996, we set ourselves the challenge to improve the precision at which arable crops are planted. Since development began, many innovations have been included in our range of drills, all designed to improve planting precision thus improving crop performance. .

| Today Lemken customers can choose from mechanical or pneumatic seed drills, with working widths from 2.50 to 12m. A comprehensive range allows effective operation in conventional and minimum tillage situations. The introduction of the Double Disc coulters and depth control wheels, on our drills, has set a president for accurate depth control and seed placement |

Stubble cultivations
LEMKEN offer a comprehensive range of stubble cultivators from the well established Smaragd and Thorit tine machines to the Rubin and Heliodor Disc harrow units. This range of stubble implements means Lemken can offer the farmer a machine to cover a wide range of applications on all varying soil types. |

The Smaragd 2 row tine cultivator has been available for many years and has proved to be a reliable, robust and economical machine to use, giving a complete mixing and incorporated finish to surface trash and plant residue.
The Rubin compact disc harrow is designed to chop and incorporate long stubble and vegetable residue having a large scalloped 610mm diameter disc giving an even distribution of trash, as well as a firm and level finish at a high work rate. It has proven to be particularly efficient in stony conditions with its standard fit auto-reset system.
The Heliodor compact disc harrow is used mainly for working in broken ground situations or onto ploughed land with a 460mm diameter scalloped disc and can be fitted with a front or rear mounted hydraulically adjustable levelling bar where a fast, economic and level seedbed is required. The Heliodor can also be used for shallow, primary stubble cultivations.
All LEMKEN cultivators are available with a wide range of rear rollers to suit all finish requirements. |

The LEMKEN Sirius mounted sprayer introduced for 2009, completes the range with its vertical, rear folding aluminium booms and 2.4m transport width. With up to 1900 litre tank capacity, this machine offers a high daily output for those who prefer a mounted sprayer |
