introducing the improved GEHLMAX range of small tracked dumpers. Lift capacities from 400kg to 1000 kg, operating weights from 350kg to 628kg.

All models offer excellent power to weight ratios and electric starting on RD7 and upwards.

Smooth Ride
Due to improved front angling of the tracks, the machines overcome kerbside and steps with ease. The track supporting roller has been enlarged in order to make it more wear resistant. Four swinging track rollers enable a smooth ride. (RD 10 and up)

Minimum Ground Pressure
Due to the low ground pressure these loaders can work on most ground conditions. The GEHLMAX dumpers can be used in green keeping, reconstruction a well as in flooring decontamination.

Self-Loading Bucket
Besides the normal standard skip an optional self-loading bucket with heavy duty lift cylinders is available on all models from the RD7 upwards. The generously proportioned loading bucket enables for easy loading of the skip.

Easy Transport
Due to the compact measurements of the dumpers combined with the low weight of the machines the easy ad quick transport form one site to the other is no problem. Tie downs and crane hooks enable safe transport and lifting of the units.

RD 6HX / RD 8 HX High-Tip-Dumper
Both RD 6 HX and RD 8 HX are available with high-tip option. A heavy duty scissor lift offers (1.422mm to 1.435mm) the highest lift in its class. The easy and efficient dumping into construction site containers is no problem. An additional self-loading bucket is available as an option.

Hydrostatic Transmission
The hydrostatic transmission is controlled by manual levers with gear pumps and fixed displacement orbital motors.

Modular Structure
The tracked undercarriage with hydrostatic transmission is fitted with a modular chassis to mount various attachments. All standard loading skips offer a wide tip angle. The round shaped design allows for an easy and quick discharge. On the RD 8H the smart arrangement of the skip offer an enormous tipping height.

Powerful Versatility
The models RD 15 and RD 25 cover lift capacities between 1 to up to 2.5 ton. These powerful machines are mainly used for reconstruction, trenching applications and pipeline construction.
The driver's position on both models is agronomical and well designed for the operators comfort. The instrumentation is very easy. A modern Joystick control on the RD25 helps for fatigue free work.

RD15 with Rotating Skip
The RD 25 has a rotating skip as standard equipment. For the RD 15 this kind of skip is optional available.
This new system offers a variety of applications and even work in very narrow environment and easily discharge in all directions.

RD 15 HX-High-Tip-Dumper

Rotating Drivers Seat
The driver's seat of the RD 25 can be turned into any driving direction of the dumper.
Dual Joystick controls located in the seat offer ease of operation for both drive and skip control. Two speed transmission as standard.

Long life Rubber Tracks
The long life rubber tracks are manufactured in monobloc structure. A steel cord is embedded in the rubber mould of the track to improve track life.

Tool Box
The toolbox f the RD 25 is included in the drivers stand.
At the RD 15 it can be found on the right side of the chassis.
