bullet The FC 303 & FC 353 Center Pivot and Side Pulled machines use KUHN
GYRODINE swivel hitches that provide exceptional manoeuverability and
reliable power transmission.
bullet Equipped with an integral oil pump and proven over many years in Kuhn’s larger disc mower conditioners this GYRODINE hitch will provide years of reliable service. With only one oil sump maintenance, requirements are also reduced.
Center Pivot design increases work output and efficiency.
bullet The center pivot tongue, which has been a standard feature of large mower conditioners for years, will also provide significant advantages to these “mid-sized” machines. Productivity and versatility are increased while time spent “dead heading” in the field is minimized.
bullet The center pivot design also enables the tractor to always work on the uphill side of the mower ensuring a full width of cut with each pass.

The center pivot FC 303/ 353 GC/RGC RA mower conditioners offer much more than traditional machines fitted with a grouper.

Kuhn technology that allows peace of mind

1. Withstands the highest loads. High capacity bearings fitted in a one piece sealed housing not subject to distorsion.

2. Protection should an obstacle be struck. The PROTECTADRIVE® system protects the cutterbar gear train and minimizes downtime risks in full season.

3. Long-term functioning. Large diameter gearwheels in high tensile forged steel with reinforced teeth.

4. Perfect sealing. O-rings used on cutterbar bearing housings for a perfect, leak-free seal.

5. Increased service life. Disc pinion shaft bearings endure radial forces for longest bearing life. This optimum position improves the load balance.

6. Minimum wear or distortion risks. Idler gear fasteners are located in heat treated steels cups. Correct alignment is ensured without the risk of distortion.

7. Highly wear resistant. Knife attachment hardware is fully protected. For added safety, heat treated steel cups are welded to the disc.

8. For quality mowing: very flat discs for improved crop penetration during cutting and more even conditioning.

Easy to service outer cones
The outer conical discs ensure a clean splitting of the cut crop while preventing clogging risks in very dense crops. As all other cutterbar discs, they have been designed to be easily replaceable without tedious dismounting.
